Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@thehana.com.

Please note that returns will need to be pre-approved by us first, and the company will pick up the item you returned from your home.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Contact@thehana.com.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like candles or personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Clearance Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items; therefore, please read the description for the items marketed clearance to understand the price point and the item's condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only when the product you wish to exchange for is in stock. However, you will handle the shipping cost twice unless you received the wrong item.

Shipping Costs

In most cases, the customer will have to pay the shipping cost for the returned item unless the item was recieved defective or he/she have recieved the wrong order. For defective items, contact us at contact@thehana.com the day you receive the item. Kindly note if more than 2 days have passed since your recieved a defective item without reporting it, the return request will not be accepted.
